Introducing Uber Rewards
Uber Rewards lets you earn points toward Uber Cash and benefits, so the more you ride with us, the better it gets. To find out if Uber Rewards is offered in your region, look for an invitation in your app. If you don’t see it, it may be coming soon. Thank you for your patience as we expand Uber Rewards everywhere.
Join in the app
How to join
Join Uber Rewards from your app. It's free and easy.
Step 1
Open your Uber app, tap the menu icon in the top left corner, and select Uber Rewards from the list.
Step 2
You’ll see a signup screen with information about the program. Tap Join for free to start the signup process.
Step 3
Take a moment to review the Terms and Conditions, and tap Accept. You’re now an Uber Rewards member!
Earn Uber Cash on rides and Uber Eats
Earn a point for every eligible dollar you spend on rides and Uber Eats, and earn $5 Uber Cash for every 500 points. Plus, get 2x points on UberX, and 3x points for Uber Black trips.¹

Earn points with every eligible ride or Uber Eats order
Earn 1 point per eligible dollar with UberPool, Express Pool and Uber Eats, 2x with UberX, UberXL and Select and 3x on Black and Black SUV. Bike and scooter rides aren’t eligible to earn points yet, but we plan to include them soon—check back here for updates.
$5 Uber Cash rewards
Get $5 in Uber Cash for every 500 points. Use it on rides or Uber Eats.

Flexible cancellations

Price protection on UberX between your two favorite places

Uber Cash is the new, smart way to pay for Uber trips and Uber Eats because it gives you great ways to save. With your Uber Rewards membership, $5 is added to your Uber Cash balance every time you earn 500 points. And you can get up to 5% off on funds you add to your balance. That means you pay less and get more. See Benefits Terms for details.
When Uber Rewards becomes available in your area, you'll see the signup screen pop up in your Uber app and/or you'll get an email invitation asking you to join our program.
Yes, your $5 Uber Cash can be used for rides and Uber Eats. The $5 Uber Cash reward is added to your overall Uber Cash balance, so you can also combine multiple rewards together in the same purchase.
Right now, points cannot be earned on bike rides or scooter rides. But we’re planning to integrate them into the Uber Rewards program soon.
