- Is this a debit or a credit card?
The Uber Pro Card is a debit card and a checking account, so you can do things like make purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted, transfer money to and from external accounts, and use it at over 55,000 ATMs for free.
- Does this require a credit check?
No. As with any debit cards, there’s no credit check. Any driver or courier with an Uber Pro status is welcome to apply, and most will be approved within minutes. ID verification is required.
- How do I get cash back on gas?
Drivers and couriers who are active on the Driver app can get cash back on gas when paying with the Uber Pro Card at the pump at any station, in any city. You can get cash back on gas and EV charging as a unique benefit of the Uber Pro Card and pair these benefits with other programs like Mastercard Easy Savings for additional savings on categories such as dining and travel. - How do I set up automatic cashouts?
You’ll start getting automatic cashouts after every trip as soon as you activate your Uber Pro Card. These cashouts are free, which means you get access to your money without having to pay for Instant Pay.
- Can I turn off the automatic cashouts to my Uber Pro Card?
You can opt in and out of automatic payouts at any time. Simply access the Wallet section of the Driver app to change your payment method of choice.
- How do you know where to send my new card?
Confirming the mailing address where you’d like to receive your new card is part of the signup process.
- How do I use the Uber Pro Card?

No. The Plus Card gives you access to Shop & Pay orders for even more earning opportunities. With the Plus Card, you can shop for your customer in-store, use your Plus Card to pay at checkout, then deliver the items to them.
