The Uber Elevate Summit 2019 will be held on June 11 - 12, 2019 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington DC.

Registration for the 2019 Uber Elevate Summit includes two full days of Sessions, Demos, admission to the Opening Night reception and Closing Night Happy hour. We also provide complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day. In addition, attendees receive a Summit badge and may be offered additional gifts at the door. If you aren’t sure whether the professional guidelines for your school, university, organization, or agency would allow you to accept these items, please check with your ethics officer before the event. The food and gifts are optional, so it may be possible to attend the 2019 Summit even if you cannot accept any giveaways.

The opportunity to purchase tickets is available by invitation only. If you would like to apply for an invitation, you can do so through the Uber Elevate Summit 2019 Interest Form. We'll select applicants from among all of the qualified applications, and notify those selected via email.

We will offer Opening Night guest passes when we announce more details for the Opening Night party. Passes for guests to the Opening Night will only be available for purchase by a registered Uber Elevate Summit 2019 attendee. One guest pass per registered attendee. Guests must be 21 years or older and accompanied by the Uber Elevate Summit registrant who purchased the guest pass. Guest Passes will only have access to the Opening Night event.

We offer a limited number of tickets at a discounted rate for academia. To qualify, you need to be an active full-time student, professor, faculty, or staff at a high school or higher education institution. This also includes those who will graduate in 2019 prior to the event. Once purchased, general admission tickets cannot be converted to academic tickets, and vice versa. When you check in at the Uber Elevate Summit, you'll need to provide a current school ID, transcript, credential, or other form of documentation which demonstrates that you’re qualified to receive this special rate. If you buy an academic ticket and cannot provide academic documentation when you arrive at the Uber Elevate Summit, you will not be admitted or offered a refund, nor will you be able to convert your ticket to General Admission. We’ll be offering a limited number of press passes to qualified members of the media. To submit a request, please fill out Media Interest form. If you have additional questions, please email press@uber.com for more information. Please note that we’ll have a limited number of press passes available and we’ll be vetting all requests. Filling out the form does not guarantee you a press pass. Our team will contact you if we’re able to accommodate your request.

Please check with your local government or the US Visas website or the documents required for your travel to the US. If a visa letter is needed, you must be registered for the 2019 Uber Elevate Summit and send a request to Summit2019@uber.com. Please note “VISA LETTER” in the subject line and be sure to include your full name, country of citizenship, country of residence and dates of travel to the US. Business letters may take up to 6 months to complete. Uber is unable to contact an embassy on your behalf

We have negotiated special Uber Elevate Summit rates with hotels that are located near the event venue. These rates are available to Uber Elevate Summit Attendees for a limited time, based on hotel availability. More information will become available to registered Uber Elevate Summit attendees. All hotel costs and cancellation penalties (if applicable) are paid by the attendee, based on the terms of the hotel's cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferrable. No one else may use your registration link, and the name on your registration must match the ID for the person who registers onsite. See our terms & conditions for more information.

To stay up-to-date on the latest information on sessions, speakers, and overall activities, be sure to frequently visit the Uber Elevate Summit 2019 website. We will email important information to all registered attendees, along with check-in instructions prior to the Uber Elevate Summit. All sessions will be in English, no translation will be provided.

There is no enforced dress code. The Uber Elevate Summit is an indoor event with some meals and exhibits outside. We recommend business casual with layers for the elements. Washington DC can get very hot during the day and chilly in the evenings, so take this into consideration when planning your attire and check the weather forecasts regularly before your departure.

Attendance includes complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days. Heavy appetizers will also be available during the evening events. Mothers who are nursing are welcome to attend the conference with their child. There will be two mothers' rooms available onsite, more details will become available closer to the event

By registering for the Uber Elevate Summit 2019, you represent you will comply with all applicable ethics rules and regulations in connection with your attendance, including any reporting obligations.
