Requirements for drivers

  • At least 19 years old
  • Have a 2‑door or 4‑door car
  • Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance under your name

On July 1, 2018, a new state law addressing distracted driving goes into effect in GA. Many cell phone interactions are now illegal while operating a vehicle. Because being an Uber Eats partner does require use of your phone while out on the road, take a closer look at what the new state law no longer allows and how this could apply to you

  • When signing up be sure to choose 'Delivery by bicycle or foot' under transportation method.
