If the Administrator of a Qualified Customer completes the signup process for an organizational account that allows the Qualified Customer to use the Uber for Business Dashboard (“Uber for Business Account”) during the Eligibility Period and the Qualified Customer (or authorized employees of the Qualified Customer, through their Linked Business Profiles) collectively spend at least USD$100 paying for ride(s), meal(s), or delivery(ies) through the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business Account using an Eligible Citi® AAdvantage® Mastercard Small Business Credit Card within 30 days of the creation of the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business Account, the Administrator of that Qualified Customer will receive a voucher in the amount of USD$50 (each, an “Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher”), which can be applied to the cost of one or more of that Administrator’s future rides, meals, or deliveries that are requested using the Uber App and taken or delivered within 180 days of the Administrator’s receipt of the Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher. The Administrator must have an Uber Account to use the Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher. For clarity, spend by authorized employees of the Qualified Customer outside of their Linked Business Profile, such as for overages beyond the scope of the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business program charged to the employee’s personal profile, will not count toward the $100 threshold.

If that same Qualified Customer (or authorized employees of such Qualified Customer through their Linked Business Profiles) collectively spends at least USD$200 (excluding the value of any redemption of the Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher) paying for ride(s), meal(s), or delivery(ies) through the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business Account using an Eligible Citi® AAdvantage® Mastercard Small Business Credit Card within 90 days of the creation of the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business Account, the Administrator for that Qualified Customer will receive an additional voucher in the amount of USD$75 (each, an “Uber for Business Retention Voucher”), which can be applied to the cost of one or more of that Administrator’s future rides, meals, or deliveries that are requested using the Uber App and taken or delivered within 180 days of the Administrator’s receipt of the Uber for Business Retention Voucher. The Administrator must have an Uber Account to use the Uber for Business Retention Voucher. For clarity, spend by authorized employees of the Qualified Customer outside of their Linked Business Profile, such as for overages beyond the scope of the Qualified Customer’s Uber for Business program charged to the employee’s personal profile, will not count toward the $200 threshold.

A business and its representatives will not be eligible for the Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher or the Uber for Business Retention Voucher if, as determined by Uber: (a) the business has previously signed up for an account to use the Uber for Business Dashboard (b) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Uber for Business Acquisition Voucher or Uber for Business Retention Voucher, as applicable; (c) it is reasonably suspected by Uber that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber for Business Dashboard Citi® AAdvantage® Mastercard Introductory Offer Program; (d) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber.
