Frequently Asked Questions about Delivery Quests
- How do trip requests work when I'm enrolled in a Quest?
Enrolling in a Quest does not change how you receive delivery requests. You’ll continue getting trips as usual. Participating in a Quest does not affect the frequency, type, or upfront fare of the trips offered to you. In other words, Quests only add earning opportunities, they don’t change how trips are matched.
- How do Quest earnings work?
Any payout you earn from completing a Quest is entirely additional on top of what you already earn from your regular deliveries. Think of it as a reward layered on top of your existing earnings.
- What types of Quests are available?
Depending on your city, you may see two types of Quests to choose from:
- Quests: This Quest rewards you for completing a set number of trips within a specific timeframe.
- Quests with decline limits: This type of Quest rewards you for meeting certain delivery criteria, such as keeping your declines under a set number.
- Where can I find Quests?
You can browse and sign up for available Quests directly in Opportunities within your Driver app.
- Do I have to complete every trip goal to earn the Quest payout?
Yes. To receive your Quest payout, you'll need to meet all the goals of the Quest you've signed up for. When available, you may also unlock additional milestones to increase your earnings. Be sure to check the details of your specific Quest to understand how its payouts are structured and what additional milestones may be available to you.
- Does taking a break or going offline during a Quest affect my Quest progress?
No — taking breaks won't hurt you. Your completed trips are saved towards your Quest total for your applicable Quest regardless of time spent offline. However, you must still complete the Quest within the Quest's active period.
- Do Quests affect my acceptance rate?
Your stats work exactly the same way during a Quest as they do on regular trips — declining trips may lower your acceptance rate. That said, certain Quests are structured around completing trips with fewer declines, which can naturally help you maintain or improve your acceptance rate over time.
- Are Quests available to everyone?
Quest availability varies by market and is not guaranteed for all couriers. The Quests shown to you are tailored to your area, so availability and options may differ between couriers.
- Can I choose how many trips I want to complete for a Quest?
Some Quests let you pick from a menu of trip goals, so you can choose a target that fits your schedule. Depending on what’s available in your area, you may see multiple options with different trip goals and payouts. Not all Quests offer this flexibility, so be sure to review the details of each Quest in your Opportunities tab before enrolling.
