Parents at Uber

We are a community that helps to build a supportive and inclusive workplace at Uber for parents and caregivers.

Our mission

Our mission is to build a global network with support and resources for employees with families.

What we stand for

We support new parents before and after their parental leave.

We help managers and their teams better manage colleagues with families (before, during, and after leave).

We provide ongoing resources and networks to all employees with families.

Global parental policy advocacy

In 2018, Parents at Uber successfully advocated for the extension of global parental policy to 18 weeks for everyone.

Bringing our kids to work

We help organize Take Your Kids to Work Day and Halloween across a number of offices globally.

Intersectional partnerships

We work with other ERGs to bring in thought-provoking speakers and industry experts to help us advance the narrative around being a parent and caregiver at Uber.
