Starting May 28, 2025*, riders will be charged an “Uber Administration Fee” ranging from $4 to $10 per trip (TPE airport pickup and Uber Taxi rides are excluded). The “Uber Administration Fee”¹ will be collected by Uber Formosa Co., Ltd. and will be displayed in the upfront pricing before you book a trip.

The new fee will help the platform to continue supporting and improving the rider service experience, including but not limited to partnerships, administrative services, and promotions. We have updated our Terms and Conditions, and we encourage you to take a moment to read through the changes.

This fee is not related to transportation services provided by fleet partners, and is not a part of the trip fare.
