[MASTER26 Terms and Conditions]

• This promo is available exclusively to users with a non-+886 registered phone number who have an overseas Mastercard (credit, supplementary, debit, or prepaid card) linked to their Uber App account and use it for payment. Enter promo code “MASTER26” to unlock savings on select trips; actual discount amounts vary by eligible trip. 
• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and related information is provided in collaboration with the partner fleets that utilize the Uber system.
• All trips must be booked through the Uber platform and are fulfilled by partner fleets.
• Eligible users must manually enter the promo code “MASTER26” (Open the Uber App > Tap Account > Wallet > Add Promo Code).  to receive (1) airport dropoff offer and (2) Uber Black offer. New Uber app users will receive an additional new user exclusive $300 offer. Airport dropoff ride promotion: $200 off per trip, valid for a total of 1 trip. Uber Black promotion: $200 off one trip, valid for a total of 1 trip. New user promotion: $300 off one trip, valid for a total of 1 trip. The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable. Any amount exceeding the offer must be paid by the user. If the fare is less than the offer amount, the unused portion of the discount cannot be carried over.
• The promo code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the promotion period (from now to December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM) and both pickup and drop-off locations must be within the Uber system service area.
• Airport Dropoff promotion
• • Both the pickup and dropoff times must fall within the promotion period (now to 2026/12/31 23:59), after which it will automatically expire. Pickup location must be within the Uber system service area and the dropoff location must include at least one of the following airports: Taipei Songshan Airport, Taoyuan International Airport, Taichung International Airport, Tainan Airport, or Kaohsiung International Airport. Not valid for Taoyuan airport pickup trips. 
  • This promotion is valid for multi-purpose taxi trips  (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Electric, UberXL, and UberXXL) and Uber Taxi. It is not applicable to Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
• Uber Black promotion
• • Both the pickup and dropoff times must fall within the promotion period (now to 2026/12/31 23:59), after which it will automatically expire. Both pickup and dropoff locations must be within Uber’s operating areas in order for the discount to apply. 
  • This promotion is valid for Uber Black. It is not applicable to other multi-purpose taxi trips  (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Electric), Uber Taxi, Courier, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
• New Uber App User promotion
• • Definition of first trip: Limited to users who have never previously taken a trip or made a booking through the Uber App.
  • Both the pickup and dropoff times must fall within the promotion period (now to 2026/12/31 23:59), after which it will automatically expire. Both pickup and dropoff locations must be within Uber’s operating areas in order for the discount to apply. 
  • This promotion is valid for multi-purpose taxi trips  (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Electric, UberXL, and UberXXL) and Uber Taxi. It is not applicable to Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan airport pick-up trips.
• This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.
• If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.

【Uber Cash Promotion】

• Uber App users who complete one eligible airport pick-up trip during the campaign period and have a Mastercard card linked to their Uber App account will receive NT$200 in Uber Cash.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Uber Cash earned in Taiwan is valid only for use within the Taiwan operating regions of the Uber App and Uber Eats App.
• For the avoidance of doubt, “Uber Cash” under this campaign refers solely to a points-based credit feature available for use with Uber Eats and Uber services in Taiwan. Users and third parties are not currently able to prepay funds to top up Uber Cash. Uber Cash awarded under this campaign is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder. It may not be redeemed for cash, sold, shared, refunded, or used for any other unauthorized purpose. Any Uber Cash found and confirmed to have been used in violation of these terms will be voided.
• The Uber Cash reward will be credited to the user’s account within 1–3 days after the system has verified and processed the eligible trip.
• Uber Cash awarded under this campaign may be applied toward purchases made through the Uber Eats App or trips requested through the Uber App, except for airport pick-up trips from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Each $1 of Uber Cash has a redemption value of NT$1. There is no redemption limit, subject to the available Uber Cash balance in the user’s account. The Uber Cash must be used within 30 days after it is credited to the user’s account and will automatically expire thereafter. Any changes or extensions to the campaign will be announced separately.
• By default, the system will apply Uber Cash toward eligible purchases made through the Uber Eats App or trips requested through the Uber App. Uber Cash will be used first, and any remaining balance will be charged to the user’s selected payment method. Users may choose whether to apply Uber Cash at checkout.
• Uber Cash earned through this campaign will be automatically credited to the user’s account.
• Uber and its partner fleets reserve the right to interpret, modify, adjust, or terminate this offer.
