UberX vehicle requirements
- 10-year-old vehicle or newer
- 4 doors, luggage compartment and in good condition
- Circulation card
Examples: Toyota Yaris, Hyundai Accent, Nissan Tiida, BYD F3, Suzuki Dzire, Honda Pilot, Toyota Land Cruiser, Nissan Frontier, Toyota Hilux, Daihatsu Terios

Most newer 4-door sedans qualify to drive with UberX, the most popular vehicle option for riders.
Additional Requirements
- Maximum 10-year-old model (e.g., in 2018, models from 2009 onwards are accepted)
- 4 doors and in good condition
- Capacity for 5 passengers (including the driver)
- Working windows and air conditioning
Uber Comfort
Comfort is an option in the Uber app for all users who want to request rides with the highest-rated driver-partners, in newer and more spacious vehicles, for a higher fare than UberX.
Vehicle Requirements
- Sedan or larger car, 4 doors
- Maximum of 5 years old
- Functional radio and AC
- ABS brakes and airbags
Driver-Partner Requirements
- Rating of 4.85 or higher
- A minimum of 150 completed trips through the Uber app
