About the Role
On the Uber Eats Regional Operations team, we’re helping to scale our most impactful processes and initiatives, support markets, and drive innovation in the business. The Courier Operations team is responsible to project and program manage initiatives that drive courier growth and engagement on the platform.
The vertical focuses on two core areas. First is growth, which is about making the process for couriers joining the platform easy, efficient and transparent. You’ll work with local teams to streamline processes and reduces the time and cost to onboard couriers, as well as ensure the couriers that are onboarded are set up for success on the platform.
The second is engagement. This is a big area with many sub-parts including different parts of the courier lifecycle and product. You’ll be responsible for coordinating product roll-outs across EMEA, and feeding insights back to product teams for future improvements in the Courier application. Within the courier lifecycle, you’ll be responsible for segmentation, and using new channels to drive engagement from the existing courier base to increase NPS and retention on the platform.
We're looking for someone who is very structured, organized, and can break complex problems into quantifiable steps. This is a fast paced, diverse environment and a strong EQ is necessary for stakeholder management and long-term success in the role. This role reports in to Head of Courier Operations for EMEA.
