How to upload documents to your driver account in Sweden

Please upload a photo of yourself in the field “Profilbild”.

Please note that the photo:

• Must be a forward-facing, centered photo including the driver’s full face and top of shoulders, with no sunglasses
• Must be a photo only of the driver with no other subject in the frame, well-lit, and in focus. It cannot be a driver’s license photo or other printed photograph

Please upload an image or pdf of your valid taxi operating license (trafiktillstånd) in the field “Taxitrafiktillstånd”.

Please upload an image or pdf of your certificate of incorporation (see instructions below) in the field “Registreringsbevis från Bolagsverket (om AB, KB eller HB) eller Registerutdrag från Skatteverket (om enskild firma)”.

For businesses (AB, KB, HB)

If you have an incorporated business (AB, KB, HB), you need to upload the document “Registreringsbevis” from Bolagsverket (see this example).

How to obtain “Registreringsbevis”:

• Go to Bolagsverket’s website Pick an option to order your “Registreringsbevis”. Tip: If you get Bolagsverket’s app, it is free.

For sole proprietors (enskild firma)

If you are a sole proprietor (enskild firma), you need to upload the document “Registerintyg” from Skatteverket see this example.

How to obtain “Registerutdrag”:

• Go to Skatteverket’s website Download your “Registerutdrag” by pressing the yellow button “Registerutdrag”

When uploading the document, ensure that the full document is visible and that it is not blurry.

Please upload an image of a photo ID for every individual that owns 25% or more of your business in the fields “ID (t.ex. körkort eller pass) för en person som äger 25% eller mer av ditt bolag”.

Note: If your business have multiple owners, you need to upload multiple IDs.

Please upload an image of a photo ID for a Board Member of your business in the field “ID (t.ex. körkort eller pass) för en styrelseledamot”.

Note: The name of this person should be listed among board members on the Certificate of Incorporation (Registreringsbevis).

Please upload an image (e.g. screenshot) or pdf of your bank statement in the field “ Kontodetaljer”.

The document has to include:

• Your name or the name of the company
• Name of the bank
• IBAN number
• Bank account number

Note: The information on the document should match the bank account information on your Uber profile.

Please upload an image of your Vehicle registration in the field "Registreringsbevis framsidan"

Please upload an actual photo of your vehicle that is registered for taxi use in the field “Bild på bil”.

Please note that the photo:

• Must show the front and one side of the vehicle
• Must clearly show the license plate
• Must be an actual photo, and not a stock photo (e.g. from the web)
• Must show a vehicle that meets all current Uber vehicle requirements. You find the latest requirements here

Please upload a picture or pdf of your professional vehicle insurance in the field “Försäkringsbrev".

Please make sure that the following information is clearly visible on your professional vehicle insurance;

• Insurance provider

• Vehicle Licence plate

• Expiration date

• Evidence of professional insurance cover
