Shaping the future of transportation and delivery

Autonomous mobility and delivery at Uber

Uber’s mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better, and autonomous vehicles are part of that reimagining.

The most innovative way to get deliveries or to travel is now possible with autonomous vehicles from our trustworthy partners on the Uber network.

Personal car not required

Adding autonomous mobility and delivery options to the Uber platform alongside drivers and couriers will make it easier for more people to reliably and effortlessly go where they want and get what they need, on demand, without having to use their own car.

What we’ve been up to

Uber is now testing autonomous delivery in Fairfax, Virginia, Miami, Los Angeles and Mountain View, California, where all-electric sidewalk robots and autonomous cars are delivering food to the community.

We’re also piloting a public service in Las Vegas, where Uber customers can hail a ride in an all-electric autonomous vehicle.

And there’s more to come: we’re partnering to bring autonomous mobility, delivery, and freight solutions to consumers everywhere with the power of Uber.
