Your vehicle must-haves

  • 4-door car with air conditioning
  • Very well maintained - without visible damage
  • Maximum car age - 15 years old(maximum 14 years old in order to be able to obtain the vehicle authorisation for a year)

Required documents:

  • Certificate of Registration
  • Mandatory RCA insurance
  • Vehicle authorisation for alternative transport
  • Vehicle badges for alternative transport
  • Accident insurance for persons and luggage

UberX

Most cars can qualify for the UberX service, the most popular passenger option.

Additional requirements:

  • 4 doors car
  • Capacity for a minimum of 4 passengers (excluding the driver)
  • Air conditioning
  • Vans and other big vehicles are not eligible
UberX

UberXL

Seat extra passengers and charge higher fares with a higher-capacity vehicle. See the list of UberXL-eligible vehicles at the top of the page.

Requirements:

  • Vehicle registration must include the information “7 seats available”
  • Seats at least 7 passengers(passengers should be provided with sufficient space to sit comfortably in the car's third row)
  • 2011 model year or newer
Uber XL

Comfort

The 'Comfort' option offers enhanced comfort with superior vehicles and skilled drivers. See the list of eligible vehicles at the top of the page.

Requirements:

  • the vehicle must be manufactured in 2018 or newer

  • the driver must review the best practice video

  • the driver must accept the updated service standards

  • the driver must maintain Uber Pro status at Gold+

UberX

Black

Black means premium rides with highest rated drivers. This special product is dedicated to our most demanding riders who really appreciate riding in comfort and style.

Requirements

  • minimum of 50 trips completed

  • the driver must have a rating of at least 4.92

  • the vehicle must be manufactured in 2020 or newer

  • the car must have a dark exterior, without stickers or advertisements (Uber branding excluded)

  • the driver must watch a short video on delivering a high-quality Black experience

  • the driver must complete a brief assessment

  • the driver must review and accept the updated service standards
