Arrange rides with Central
Central allows departments and campus organizations to schedule rides on behalf of students, faculty, staff, or visitors—even if they don’t have the Uber app.
One easy-to-use tool helps you simplify ride coordination and streamline operations
On-demand or scheduled rides
Request an on-demand ride, or pre-schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance.
Flexible rides
Give your rider the ability to activate their ride when ready, reducing no-shows and cancellations with minimal administrative effort.
Track and communicate with drivers
Track rides from pickup to dropoff in real-time and communicate with drivers when needed.
Pay-per-performance
Uber’s pay-per-performance model allows your institution to pay only for rides that are taken.
Getting started is easy
Effortlessly request a single ride or hundreds of rides at a time.

Step 4: Notify
Riders will receive a text confirmation with their ride details and a link to track their trip.
