Actual benefit offerings may differ depending on your region and role. Uber credits are available only in regions where Uber operates. ESPP is not available in all countries.

Where we work

We believe in the value that in-person collaboration and community builds, but providing flexible ways of working is just as important. We let go-getters decide what works best for them and their teams, so you can work from wherever one week and come into the office the next.

  • Employees target spending 50% of their time in the office. This can be 3 days one week and 2 days the next week, or 5 days one week and 0 days the next week, depending on what works best for them and their team.

  • Employees have more flexibility on their preferred office location, choosing from a list of dedicated team hubs.

  • We know certain jobs can be successful without being in an office, and employees can apply to be fully remote if you think that’s best for you.
