About the Role
Be part of the LatAm Central Operations Rider Access & Experience team, focused on everything related to rider access, by promoting new meaningful solutions for users to access and use our platform, improving their experience and addressing their pain points and needs. This team focus on deeply understanding our riders and providing a consistently high quality experience that is customized to each rider and use case and also promoting the engagement on the platform for all Latin american users.
What You’ll Do
Understand our customers and potential customers in depth with internal and external data
Build, operate and manage Operations Tools for deep dives and for continuous tracking to identify trends and opportunities related to Rider Access
Work with Product teams to build and roll out products that help Latin America’s riders to access our platform and be engaged
Work closely with the territory teams of Latin America to understand local needs and work on solutions to address user's pain points
Define a holistic experience strategy that solves for the main rider and potential riders needs and pain points
Lead cross-functional projects across Latin America and deliver impactful projects for Uber's business
What You’ll Need
3 years of high performing work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, business development, or a variety of other specialty roles with demonstrated ability in quantitative fields, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
An interest in and passion for Uber business and an above the average customer obsession
Stakeholder management. Experience with managing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Analytics. Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making and the ability to use data to create models to identify opportunities and deliver results. SQL knowledge is required
Product sense. You know what makes a product experience not just good, but amazing. You work cross-functionally with teams to create partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact.
You're a self-starter and collaborator and the ability to work autonomously and own projects
Centralization. Define core analysis and processes and scale them across Latin America and beyond.
