About the Role


To support our mission, we’re looking for a Sales Learning Manager to develop our employees and leaders through Sales training programs.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, energetic, driven, and a self-starter with strong experience in sales and sales training.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify needs within sales organization and design training content to improve and influence results
  • Leverages data and insights to design training programs
  • Support the design of training content related to sales process, tools, techniques, value propositions, products and solutions based on market and company sales priorities
  • Deliver training and serves as an expert in the sales learning area
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
  • Partnership. Work with Global L&D/HR and People Development to deploy Sales training programs

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or human resources, communication or other development program;
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development with focus on Sales
  • Deep understanding of day-to-day sales processes
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and theory
  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Able to provide clear and strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the resources you require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must!
  • Understanding of core leadership principles : Problem-solving, decision-making, coaching, people management, communication, driving improvements, cultural carrier

Bonus Points If

  • Experience working in a customer service environment (business process outsourcing, call centers, etc.)
  • Experience with multimedia design and content authoring tools
