About the Role
Be a part of the Brazil National Operations team, focused on everything strategically related to getting and keeping the right drivers on the platform and keeping Uber up to date with all relevant compliance rules.
What You’ll Do
Design and manage experiments and processes related to Driver Experience
Work with the Brazil Operations Experience team to build and roll out projects that help Brazil’s drivers maximize their experience with the platform
Analyze trends in the driver lifecycle to understand our greatest opportunities for improvement
Work closely with the territory teams of Brazil to understand local Driver Experience problems that need regional solutions
Define a holistic experience strategy that solves for the main driver needs and pain points
Set standards Analyse the situation in the region and determine best-in-class standard for compliance and auditing across Brazil
Streamline compliance. Understand document compliance challenges across Brazil and streamline document validation and audit.
Analytics. Heavy analysis of our marketplace, rider, and partner behavior to identify, prevent and eliminate fraudulent behavior of all sorts
What You’ll Need
Strong track record of being a respected operational problem solver
At least 2-5 years of experience in similar level roles
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
