About the Role

 

The Uber Eats Sales PM will be responsible for leading projects that improve the quality of customer experiences for restaurants that are signing up to join for Uber Eats. 

You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Product,  analysts and content managers to define and implement the desired service experience in our region.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve the customer experience for potential Eats Restaurant partners
  • Turn support data into actionable product, support, and operational improvements
  • Become a subject matter expert to regional leadership in developing a best-in-class customer experience
  • Work with counterparts in other regional and global roles in pursuit of these initiatives
  • Visit the BPO's to ensure we are delivering the best customer experience

 

What You’ll Need

 

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in project management is expected 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders, powered by data-driven insight
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Advanced Excel

 

Bonus Points if

 

  • Experience with sales strategy / sales implementation
  • SQL or other technical analytics skills

The Community Operations Team is pioneering how Uber manages rider and driver support around the globe during our most critical incidents and accidents. Delivering this support isn’t easy - it takes leaders who can understand Uber’s operations, adapt to our constantly changing business, and help solve problems where no solution currently exists
