In this role, you will manage our Recruiting Programs portfolio and have the opportunity to innovate, finding ways to best support our growing Uber family. The right person will thrive in a data driven, “all hands on deck" environment, loves finding solutions to problems and can move quickly while paying attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs in Brazil and Latam
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with students, diversity partners, recruitment vendors and university administrative representatives to ensure process effectiveness and cohesiveness
Develop internal and external communication strategies along with the communication team to increase awareness and promote the recruiting programs within the company and externally. Develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives
Collaborate with recruiters and main stakeholders to build strategies to meet our hiring goals
Keep all stakeholders engaged in recruiting programs and processes by communicating data and status, coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers
Track and report on metrics for our recruiting programs and engagement. Analyze new trends and share best practices
Manage scheduling and logistics for campus events, hackathons, and other recruiting-related events
What You’ll Need
Experience in program management, recruiting, HR
Advanced English and Spanish
Ability to travel as required

The Recruiting team partners with our Business and main stakeholders to understand their hiring needs. Recruiters find creative ways to find and hire the best talent, but also serve as consultants to our internal customers, advising on recruiting processes, market data, compensation alignment, giving training to hiring teams, among many others.
