In this role, you will lead a group of Recruiting Coordinators, who are passionate about finding ways to best support our growing Uber family. The right person is data driven, “all hands on deck" and loves finding solutions to complex problems while keeping attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators (Sao Paulo based and Remote) responsible for supporting recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite
Handle escalated situations from the business and recruiting leaders
Determining RC structural workload distribution and recruiting needs within the Latam organization and work with recruiting leaders to position the RC team in order to deliver on current and future needs
Participate in recruiting/people initiatives to improve on processes and provide the best recruiting support possible
Use data and metrics to ensure the RC team is staffed accordingly to support our dynamic business
Set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively to ensure seamless scheduling processes
Facilitate and integrate key initiatives and projects with recruiting and client groups
Measure and monitor RC's productivity to insure the team is tracking in the right way to support the hiring demand from all stakeholders
Provide mentorship and career development to members of the Latam RC team
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business / human resources
1+ year people management experience is required
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
Experience with driving process optimization within recruiting or similar environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear/realistic expectation
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment
Proven success building collaborative partnerships with customers and partners
Advanced English and Spanish

Recruiters find creative ways to find and hire the best talent, but also serve as consultants to our internal customers, advising on recruiting processes, market data, compensation alignment, giving training to hiring teams, among many others.
