About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Uber Eats Recruiting team. This team supports the business growth and expansion in Latin America.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a full cycle recruiting process for different roles across multiple cities in Latin America
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, identify qualified candidates to present to hiring managers, and extend offers to candidates
  • Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques
  • Work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way
  • Become knowledgeable about our business and will be able to speak to what makes Uber a great place to work
  • You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process


What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, but we will consider other candidates if they meet our other requirements
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced department or organization
  • Expertise in managing candidate pipeline and executing against a timeline
  • Technical savvy - you're comfortable learning new tools and processes
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required

About the Team

The Recruiting team partners with our Business and main stakeholders to understand their hiring needs. Recruiters find creative ways to find and hire the best talent, but also serve as consultants to our internal customers, advising on recruiting processes, market data, compensation alignment, giving training to hiring teams, among many others.
