Be a part of the Brazil National Ops Driver Experience team, focused on everything related to keeping drivers on the road and their interaction with the Uber platform.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and manage experiments and processes related to Driver Experience
  • Work with the Central Operations Experience team to build and roll out projects that help Brazil’s drivers maximize their experience with the platform
  • Analyze trends in the driver lifecycle to understand our greatest opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with the territory teams of Brazil to understand local Driver Experience problems that need regional solutions
  • Make the ongoing experience for drivers as amazing as it can be
  • Define a holistic experience strategy that solves for the main driver needs and pain points

 

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years experience in operations (in the tech industry) or other product-related roles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Detailed understanding and interest of how Uber’s products work for both riders and drivers
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
  • Strong communicator and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A willingness to dive into the trenches to stay as close as possible to the customer experience
  • Advanced SQL knowledge a plus
