A New Career in User Experience Design

General Assembly & Uber Design Pathways

There’s no better time to learn new design skills to advance your career. Uber is proud to partner with General Assembly to welcome SF Bay Area talent to embark on a high-growth, future-proof UX career through Uber Design Pathways, Uber’s UX apprenticeship program.

Driving equity through tech

Uber is providing free tuition and full salary for selected apprentices to complete General Assembly's 9-week User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI) course and enter Uber’s paid 8-month rotational program upon UXDI completion.

Learn at General Assembly

Go from a beginner into a job-ready UX designer by completing General Assembly's 9-week User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI) course. UXD features best-in-class instruction, career coaching, and portfolio development. During the course, GA’s team of expert instructors provides ongoing performance feedback that helps guide participants to success.

Grow at Uber

Upon course completion, you'll join Uber’s paid 8-month rotational program. When you join the world of Uber Design, you’ll be placed on a Design team and paired with a mentor as you collaborate with some of the best engineers, product managers, designers, researchers, and writers in a fast-paced environment. You'll take on tough interaction and service design challenges that reimagine the way the world moves for the better.

Build your future

As GA and Uber graduates, you'll have the creative and technical acumen to pursue a UX career and design the next generation of successful apps, websites, and digital products, wherever your journey takes you.
