These terms and conditions apply to your use of discounted trips for the rides to the office

1. Definitions
1.1 The following words and phrases have the meanings shown next to them:

1.1.1 “Uber” means Uber B.V. of Mr. Treublaan 7, 1097 DP Amsterdam, the Netherlands and/or the Uber applications, websites, content, products, and services enabling access to request transportation and/or logistics services with independent third party providers of such services. Uber is the Promoter of this promotion.

1.1.2 “User” means the holder of an eligible Uber account

1.1.3 “Rides” mean journeys booked using the Uber app in cities where Uber is present: Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Tricity, Wroclaw, Lodz, and Silesia (excluding journeys that are booked using a Family or a Business profile).

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Only users who have received communication featuring discounted trips in Poland are eligible for the promotion. To benefit from the promotion: 
Open the Uber app
Insert your destination
Enjoy the ride at a discounted price 

3. General terms

3.1. The offers apply to the use of the Uber app to book transport. They don’t apply to any other Uber product, and can’t be used in conjunction with any other Uber offer or promotion.
3.2 Offer gives you a discount on rides in Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Tricity, Wroclaw, Silesia and Lodz. The amount of the discount is communicated individually via email send out. 

Discounted rides must be within administrative borders of Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Tricity, Wroclaw, Silesia and Lodz, and are subject to the availability of Uber driver-partners.

3.3 The maximum value of the discount is communicated individually via email. 

3.4 Discount will apply only to the number of trips communicated individually via email. The next rides will be charged to your eligible payment method according to the trip cost.

3.5 Discounted rides can’t be sold or transferred, or otherwise redeemed for cash.

3.6 The offer is valid until 28.06.2020r, 11:55 pm.

4.1 If you have questions relating to the promo code use, Uber, or your use of the Uber service or app, please contact Uber’s customer services via in-app support in the Uber app or at https:/help.uber.com/.

4.2 If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly when you were eligible for a discounted ride, please get in touch with Uber. Uber’s own terms apply to your use of the Uber app.
