At the airport there are two Uber Points dedicated to passenger pick-up and are located on the ground floor of the Arrivals level:

• Arrivals 2 (CDE) – at the left part of the building
• Arrivals 1 (AB) – at the right part of the building

How to select best pick-up point?

If you are near:

1. luggage belt number 1-5 > select Arrivals 2 (CDE) pick-up point
2. luggage belt number 6-9 > select Arrivals 1 (AB) pick-up point

Arrivals 2 pick-up point (CDE – closest to luggage belts 1-5)

After leaving the baggage claim area, look for the dedicated Uber pick-up area (Arrivals 2).

You can walk along the ‘Uber Airport’ directional sign to your pick-up point or ask Uber stewards for help.

On the right side of the exit from the Luggage Claim hall, there is also an Uber Help Hub, next to the Kantor (currency exchange service).

Arrivals 1 pick-up point (AB – closest to luggage belts 6-9)

Once you go out of Luggage Claim, look for the dedicated Uber pick-up area (Arrivals 1).

You can walk along the ‘Uber Airport’ directional sign to your pick-up point or ask Uber stewards for help.

To the right of the Luggage Claim exit, there is the second Uber Help Hub.
