BIEDRONKA UBER EATS OFFER | FAQ - POLAND

Biedronka and Uber Eats have partnered to give Biedronka customers a one-time only link that gives a 3 months free Uber One membership.

WHAT IS THE UBER EATS OFFER?

Uber Eats is providing Biedronka customers in Poland with a one-time link that can be redeemed via Uber Eats App by scanning the QR code or clicking the offer link for a 3 months free Uber One membership.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE OFFER?

To be eligible to receive the offer, Bierdonka customers should be 18 years of age or older and be located in Poland.

This offer is available to new or returning Uber One members only, who do not have an active Uber One subscription as of the date of offer redemption. Offer is valid till October 11th 2026*.

The offer is not valid for existing Uber One members.

WHERE DO I FIND THE OFFER?

If eligible, the offer will appear as an in-app message with a QR code or link when you launch the Moja Biedronka app or in stores.

WHERE DO I REDEEM MY OFFER?

You can redeem your offer by clicking the link provided in Biedronka app or app notifications, or by scanning the QR code available on chosen surfaces in stores.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY OFFER?

If you’re already an Uber or Uber Eats customer:

1. Open the link or scan the QR code to sign up for Uber One from your Uber Eats or Uber account.

2. You’ll be directed to your Uber or Uber Eats app to complete your Uber One registration. If you don’t have either of the apps, you’ll be sent to the Uber Eats website.

3. Sign up to Uber One. You will have to select a default payment method to start your free trial. You will be charged with standard subscription fee upon lapse of free trial period, if you do not cancel beforehand.

If you’re not an Uber or Uber Eats customer:

1. Open the link or scan the QR code.

2. You’ll be sent to the Uber Eats website and asked to sign up for an account.

3. Once you’ve signed up for Uber Eats you’ll be prompted to sign up for Uber One.

4. Sign up to Uber One. You will have to select a default payment method to start your free trial. You will be charged with standard subscription fee upon lapse of free trial period, if you do not cancel beforehand.

No, this link or QR code is a one-time offer.

MY QR CODE OR LINK IS NOT WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?

If the QR code or link you received appears to not be working, head to help.uber.com for further support.

The QR code and link is also specific to Poland. If you are located outside of Poland, you will not be able to redeem the offer.

*Subscription will auto-renew, and your credit card will be charged the standard monthly rate starting 3 months from your initial enrollment in the Uber One free trial and every month thereafter at the then current monthly rate. The 3-month free trial offer is not available to current Uber One subscribers or annual plans, the offer is available on a first come, first served basis.

Cancel your membership at any time in the Uber One section of the Uber app by selecting Manage Membership, then End Membership, then Leave Uber One. You are able to unsubscribe with no charge 24 hours before each renewal at the latest. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded.
