About the Role

 

Uber is looking to further build out its performance marketing team with a Paid Social manager to help grow Uber Eats business for the whole LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for building out new acquisition strategies and experimenting for new growth levers. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop channel strategy and manage daily execution of paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter) for Acquisition (Direct Response) and Brand campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and implement optimization strategies and tests for Paid Social campaigns
  • Keep up to date with channel best practices and strategies
  • Hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
  • A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
  • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute

 

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dedicated paid social marketing, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Experience working with FMP tool (Facebook Marketing Partner) to scale campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills with multivariate testing experience
  • Familiar with key performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, LTV)
  • Familiar with Brand metrics (favorability, awareness, consideration, viewability) and measurement on the Facebook environment
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • Experience in/around a start-up or mobile culture a plus - i.e. you can adapt to quick changes within both the company and mobile industry
  • An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus
  • Experience working with LATAM regions in marketing and a knowledge of the LATAM media landscape and partners is a plus
