About the Role

 

We are looking for a team player to join our ACAC Marketing family. Here we work together and support each other and in this role the Rides ACAC Marketing Manager will “Bring to live the regional marketing campaigns to markets with the necessary local flavor, create local relevant strategies for brand campaigns,  and coordinate them for execution in the markets.

 

This position will be responsible for the deployment of regional and national strategies, in partner with internal and external stakeholders, securing alignment with business and flawless brand executions

 

 

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement campaigns at country and city level, in close collaboration with the ACAC marketing team
  • Guarantee implementation of country and regional marketing strategies at territory level
  • Develop and implement creative strategies and guidelines for sponsorships, events and other experience platforms
  • Coordinate territory marketing planning and budget control processes, aligned with country and regional marketing processes
  • Bring territory-level insights to help shape the regional marketing strategy
  • Identify and share best practices across territories
  • Work in partner with creative and experiential agencies to secure high quality marketing experiences with direct impact in our customers
  • Create reports and marketing presentation of campaigns executed in the markets leaving no loose ends that allow us to improve every day

 

What You’ll Need
 
  • 3+ years' experience in community organizing, event coordination, and/or experiential marketing efforts.

  • Experience creating agency briefs and business cases.

  • Negotiation skills, being able to create strong business case and create long term strategies with local or national partnerships alling with our brand objectives.

  • Outgoing personality with natural drive to build consistent relationships, seize networking opportunities, and thoughtfully engage with a diverse range of community groups and individuals.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for Uber and our work to make mobility affordable, convenient, and fun for residents.

  • An extremely detail oriented mindset and fondness for process discipline while multi-tasking several projects.

  • Expertise around new communications mediums like social, email and newsletter marketing, etc.

  • Ability to work as part of a team remotely while maintaining communication with team. Must be able to work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
