About the Role:
Uber Eats is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead a program of both Evergreen and Seasonal campaigns for the Courier side of our marketplace.
You will work cross functionally to ensure that paid media efforts align with the company’s goals, the product roadmap, and brand messaging. The role also requires working very closely with multiple marketing managers from different disciplines to set processes, hit deadlines, and reach performance goals across all channels.
We’re looking for an excellent communicator who is data-driven, has experience leading a team and can bring processes to drive operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the wider performance marketing team to drive execution of courier acquisition campaigns that support Uber Eat’s growth initiatives while achieving cost KPIs in the US and Canada
Partner with channel managers to ensure that plans are strategically developed and executed
Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each digital channel’s efficiency without losing sight of growth
Foster strong and productive relationships with all paid media agencies and technology partners
Work with Marketing Analytics team on all campaign ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting.
Work with Program Managers to drive creative pipeline for any creative and promotional assets, including: (a) creative approval process (b) encoding / traffic (c) legal approval
Own and manage budget reconciliation process
Oversee media budgets, budget tracking and execution of authorized plans
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing and has led a team
Experience working cross functionally
Strong understanding of various digital performance marketing channels
Analytical and able to draw insightful conclusions from heavy data sets
Proven success creating and championing process for developing teams
Comfortable prioritizing internally with the team and externally with stakeholders
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners
