As an Analyst on our Marketing Strategy & Planning team, focused primarily on growth analytics and insights, you will manage the global analytical agenda for Uber Eats’ Global Marketing and Growth efforts. You will work with global and regional marketing managers, product marketing managers, data scientists, marketing operations and finance to drive the right insights, impact and results, identifying the key opportunities to meet our broader growth goals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, a hunger to drive significant business impact/outcomes, and an interest to remain deeply engaged in the execution of work. Strong leadership, time management and communication skills are critical.
This role reports into the Global Marketing Strategy and Planning Lead. In this role, you will not only be able to work with data, but also help define the way marketing performance is calibrated and what questions should be asked. You'll play a big part in finding opportunity fields to help the marketing function scale as we develop customer-focused marketing strategies.
