About the Role



At Uber, CRM is a key asset to drive brand love, engagement and conversion within our user base. As CRM Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Uber Eats FR Marketing team, and you will play a key role by leading our Eater, Restaurant and Courier CRM strategies and executions. You will manage CRM campaigns planning and prioritization, design and execute national and local email campaigns, run A/B tests to learn and improve campaigns ROI as well as develop CRM reporting and analytics tools.


What You’ll Do


  • CRM Planning: own the CRM planning for Uber Eats in France (national & local campaigns planification, targeting, …).
  • Eater CRM: Plan, execute and measure hyper-targeted CRM Campaigns with a focus on increasing Eater engagement & loyalty and driving conversion. This includes content creation, email design, targeting and scheduling.
  • Restaurant & Courier CRM: Build & execute our local CRM strategy and campaigns for Restaurants & Couriers in partnership with dedicated teams (central & local teams).
  • Campaign analysis: set the right objectives & KPIs for your campaigns, and rigorously track, monitor and report on past and current campaign performance.
  • CRM experiments: Run coordinated experimentation and A/B tests that will generate the insights of tomorrow
  • Lifecycle management: Get a thorough understanding of our Eater, Restaurant and Courier lifecycle, and design onboarding & re-engagement strategies for inactive and lowly engaged users.
  • Project management: you will be the key POC for Eats CRM in FR and work with your EMEA counterparts on defining our roadmap and designing & delivering strategic CRM projects.


What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce or highly analytical roles
  • Fluency in French & English
  • A bias for data | You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do. You love measuring things, and have a strong intuition for whipping it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth and marketing decisions. You are experienced with analytical tools. Experience with Excel & SQL is a plus
  • Planning & stakeholder management | You have good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You’re able to manage, scale and prioritize campaigns and projects to maximize the impact and efficiency for our business.
  • Written and verbal communication | You have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to create impactful content for our emails, and also to formalize and present  your learnings to the team and beyond
  • Detail orientation | You’re extremely structured, you have high standards for everything you do, and you dig into the details to assure that your output consistently meets a high bar
  • Grittiness | You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away. You are able to hustle to get things done, but also know how to find longer term solutions
  • Growth hacking | You know how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business through keen analysis and scientific experimentation, and love experimenting new stuff
  • Bonus points if a foodie
