About The Role
With Uber Eats, we’re building Uber’s newest and fastest growing business, spanning 180+ cities across all six continents in two years. Today, Uber Eats is available across many parts of APAC including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Auckland, Wellington, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne -- and we’re just getting started.
In this role, you will own the data-driven customer experience for Uber Eats customers, serving as the primary connection point between Uber Eats and our millions of customers across Australia & New Zealand.
You'll develop and lead our personalisation strategy across web, email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging and more, whilst being a crucial part of the team which extends that personalisation strategy into our product and service channels.
You'll manage a team of highly effective marketers and work cross functionally with ANZ Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to define the technology, messaging, strategy, and data models needed for Uber to meet aggressive growth targets.
