Mcnear

McNear, located in Petaluma, is adjacent to the Petaluma River. The tiny neighborhood offers views of the river from up on a hill. Residents can see boats as they travel down the river, from their homes. A small park is located in McNear for residents. The small community is mainly residential.

Aston Avenue

Aston Avenue in Santa Rosa, California, has a mix of single-family homes and multi-unit dwellings. Residents enjoy the dog-friendly neighborhood for its conveniences and friendly atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a breakfast at Dierk's Midtown Café before heading over to peruse the selection at Copperfield's Books. You'll also find a movie theater, a farmer's market, and a variety of other restaurants of all types and ethnicities.

Union Street

Union Street, which runs horizontally across the northern part of the city, is lined with fine dining, art galleries, trendy boutiques, jewelry stores, spas, restaurants, cafes, and more. Festivals take place throughout the year along this historical street, such as the Union Street Music Festival, Fantasy of Lights, Easter Parade, Annual Union Street Harvest Wine Walk, and more. Walk north toward the waterfront from Union Street to enjoy views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz island.

Pacific Heights

Pacific Heights is a San Francisco neighborhood famous for its architecture, beautiful homes, and high-end shopping. Plenty of restaurants and boutiques line Fillmore Street, which runs through both Lower Pacific Heights and Pacific Heights, like Pizzeria Delfina and Fresca Fillmore for dining, and Credo Beauty and INTERMIX for shopping. This upscale neighborhood also offers scenic views of the Bay, depending on the location.

Marina District

Situated on San Francisco's northern waterfront, the Marina District sits at the edge of the San Francisco Bay, boasting views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island. "The Marina", as it's called, is picturesque and brims with shops, restaurants, and bars. Home to the Palace of Fine Arts, Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture, and a vibrant Sunday Farmers' Market, there's no shortage of things to do and places to visit any day of the week in this neighborhood.

Polk Gulch

Polk Gulch, located near the bay, is known for being the original center of San Francisco's LGBT community. The neighborhood is near Russian Hill as well as Nob Hill and is only blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf. Grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, markets, and cafes are all found in the area. Polk Gulch is also near the cable car museum.
