North San Jose

North San Jose, California, is in the Milpitas area and hosts a diverse mix of homeowners and renters. Some of the well-known businesses you'll find in North San Jose include Cisco, PayPal, and Samsung. You can also enjoy an active nightlife with a variety of bars, casinos, hotels, restaurants, and a variety of special events. Renaissance

Located east of the Guadaloupe River in Santa Clara, CA, Renaissance is a residential neighborhood. It is home to soccer fields, BMX tracks, and green spaces. It is conveniently located south of the Southbay Freeway.

Newhall

The Newhall community in Santa Clara, California, runs alongside Newhall St. and hosts the acclaimed Santa Clara Mission Elementary School. This community consists of a residential area with a blend of single-family homes and apartments. There are a few gas stations, restaurants, and a pool hall for residents and visitors to enjoy. Crepes Bistro, a popular eatery in Newhall, features vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

Heritage District

The Heritage District in Sunnyvale features a revitalized downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This community is flanked by Mathilda Ave., California Ave., Fair Oaks Blvd., and Old San Francisco Rd. You'll find a variety of residential options, including single-family homes and multi-unit dwellings in the Heritage District. Some of the favorite eateries include DishDash, Inchin's Bamboo Garden, and Kabul Afghan Cuisine.

Castro City

Mountain View's Castro City neighborhood is a tight-knit residential community of families and retirees, many who have lived here their entire lives. Located near Rengstorff Park, this small residential neighborhood has a cosmopolitan vibe and is close to downtown Mountain View and Los Altos.

Santana Row

Santana Row, located in San Jose, is part of Silicon Valley. The residential and large shopping area is home to luxury shops including Gucci, and Kate Spade. Pizza, Italian, Japanese, and steak restaurants are aplenty. Santana Row features a European feel in the architecture, with plenty of oak trees, fountains, wide sidewalks, and parks for public events.
