San Pedro Square

San Pedro Square, located in San Jose, just south of San Francisco, offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and events. The San Pedro Square Market features live music, a barber shop, a beer company, and coffee shops. San Pedro Square is in the heart of downtown San Jose and is close to St. James Park, as well as the San Jose Museum of Art.

St. James Park

St. James Park in San Jose, California, features more than six acres of recreational space, picnic sites, an exercise course, playgrounds for different age groups, and public restrooms. The park hosts concerts, festivals, art shows, and other events for the public to enjoy. There is a wide assortment of restaurants nearby for a variety of culinary experiences.

Santana Row

Santana Row, located in San Jose, is part of Silicon Valley. The residential and large shopping area is home to luxury shops including Gucci, and Kate Spade. Pizza, Italian, Japanese, and steak restaurants are aplenty. Santana Row features a European feel in the architecture, with plenty of oak trees, fountains, wide sidewalks, and parks for public events.

Willow Glen

Willow Glen, in San Jose, is a neighborhood known for its tree-lined avenues. The town offers fine art galleries, jewelry stores, apparel, arts and music, spas, and restaurants. Chinese, Italian, and ice cream shops can be found in Willow Glen. Events are held throughout the year including Halloween, a farmers market, Italian Family Festa, and the Founders Day Parade.

Newhall

The Newhall community in Santa Clara, California, runs alongside Newhall St. and hosts the acclaimed Santa Clara Mission Elementary School. This community consists of a residential area with a blend of single-family homes and apartments. There are a few gas stations, restaurants, and a pool hall for residents and visitors to enjoy. Crepes Bistro, a popular eatery in Newhall, features vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

Japantown

Situated near Lower Pacific Heights and the famous Fillmore District is Japantown. As its name suggests, this neighborhood is home to countless Japanese stores that sell a variety of Japanese goods and collectibles, as well as sushi restaurants, and karaoke spots. Other standout attractions include its Asian-style day spas, like Kabuki Springs & Spa, and AMC Kabuki 8, a popular movie theater.
