Inner Mission

The San Francisco Inner Mission is a diverse neighborhood home to a mix of thrift stores, coffeehouses, bookstores, restaurants, and more. This area boasts a vibrant music and arts scene, hosting festivals, parades, and fairs throughout the year.

Dogpatch

The Dogpatch neighborhood sits between Potrero Hill and the San Francisco Bay on the east side of the city. The arts are vibrant in the area, which is also home to retail shops, restaurants, breweries, coffee bars, Victorian-style homes, and historical buildings.

Mission Dolores

"The Mission" as it's called, is filled with popular coffee shops and restaurants; bars, and second-hand shops, making it a popular destination no matter the time of day. This neighborhood is also home to Dolores Park, which attracts people of all ages for picnics, partying, and people-watching. The area's popular residential area borders Valencia and Sanchez Streets, as well as 20th and 22nd Streets.

Hayes Valley

Hayes Valley is a happening San Francisco neighborhood with tree-lined streets, cafes, sweet shops, and upscale boutiques. The SFJAZZ Center is located here, as is the Octavia Art Gallery. Hayes Valley has plenty of tours for visitors to take, including food tours of top dining establishments and biking tours.

Showplace Square

Originally part of San Francisco's Industrial District, Showplace Square is now an elite business and residential community. Home designers from all trades have established themselves in Showplace Square. This community also features upscale apartments that appeal to people who work in the district. Many of the older historical buildings have been remodeled to suit the needs of the community.

Mission Bay

Mission Bay, located on the east side of the city, is home to several high-end condos, as well as large corporations, including the headquarters of Old Navy and The Gap. Many restaurants call Mission Bay home and The San Francisco Bay Trail also passes through it.
