Excelsior is a diverse neighborhood in San Francisco. Some of the main events in this community include Jerry Day, which honors the legendary singer-songwriter, the family-friendly Excelsior Festival, and the Excelsior District Annual Car Show at Excelsior Park.


The Crocker-Amazon neighborhood in San Francisco spans an area south of Mission Street and Geneva Avenue and extends toward Daly City. Adjacent to the Crocker-Amazon Park, this neighborhood features winding streets lined with single-family homes. From the top of the neighborhood, you can see eye-popping views of downtown. Businesses on Geneva Avenue and Mission Street include a barber shop, bars, and restaurants.


Portola is a community nestled in the southeastern corner of San Francisco at the intersection of two major interstate highways. Established in 1869, Portola has a diverse population. This quiet community is home to the Lido Pastry shop originally enjoyed by the Italian community on special occasions. It is now a Central American bakery known for Pan Salvadoreno. Other eateries include a variety of Mexican restaurants, award-winning Johnson's Bar-B-Que, Panda Boba, Round Table Pizza, Fat Belli Deli, and many others.

Westwood Park

Westwood Park is an established community in San Francisco, California, and it features a mix of larger homes for the more affluent and more than 650 bungalow homes that were built in the early 1900s. This is primarily a residential area with very little retail and office space. Almost any time of day and into the early evening, you'll see dog walkers and joggers on the streets of Westwood Park.

Glen Park

The Glen Park neighborhood in San Francisco is primarily a residential community tucked away at the edge of the San Miguel Range, with the streets following the contours of the Fairmount range toward a commercial area known as Downtown Glen Park. This colorful, artsy, and picturesque village features a variety of locally owned businesses, including organic markets, coffee shops, and fashion boutiques. Here is where you'll find miles of hiking trails in the wooded hillside. Lush with greenery and colorful flowers, most of the Glen Park residents are within walking distance of shops and businesses.


Not far from San Francisco State University sits Stonestown, a popular destination featuring restaurants, dining, events, movies, and more. Cox Stadium is located nearby and offers different sporting events throughout the year.
