Menulog is no longer operating in Australia. To ensure continuity of services, specific personal information may be provided by Takeaway.com Group B.V. (“JET” or “Menulog”) to Uber Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (“Uber Eats”). Please read below what will be collected and your rights.

The personal information collected by Uber Eats from Menulog will include: (i) if you are a customer, your contact information including your name, email address and phone number, and selected aspects of your order history, such as the number of orders placed in the last 12 months, (ii) if you are a courier, your contact information, the number of orders you have delivered, and your last transaction date, and (iii) if you are a merchant owner or employee, your contact information.

The personal information collected by Uber Eats from Menulog (which may be combined with personal information that Uber Eats already holds about you as an Uber account holder) will be used to:

1. perform data analytics and segmentation; and
2. invite you to create an Uber account (if you don’t already have one) and/or to use Uber Eats’ services.

You may also opt-out of the communications Uber Eats sends to you by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication.

Uber Eats may disclose your personal information to other parties including Uber’s service providers (e.g. IT providers), professional advisors (e.g. legal), and related entities including other Uber group members. Some of these entities may be located in India and the United States of America.

Uber Eats stores and processes the personal information described in this Collection Notice in the United States of America.
