About the Role
Remote Account Managers/Consultants provides proactive consultation to restaurants that need assistance in scaling up their business. We provide strategic business plans, help in improving processes so we always optimize for better restaurant experience. Consultants also identify patterns and help in making the consulting systems better as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Provide business consultation to the restaurants with strategic business plans
Identify root-cause issues and form hypotheses for restaurant problems
Present findings and recommendations to restos
Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the resto receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Perform analysis and explore opportunities to improve our resto partner experience
Collaborate with cross-org teams and pilot new initiative
Own a portfolio of restaurants and improve their performance on the platform
Contribute to building the team and the organization for long term success
