The Associate sales Manager role will play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality all over Italy. You will have the unique opportunity to create and lead a team of Restaurant Partnership Representatives in the establishing of long-lasting relationships with thousands of the favorite independent restaurants across the whole of Italy.

 

Developing the best restaurant selection in Italy will be your number one mission. To achieve that, you will need a strong combination of team management skills, a unique relationship building ability, an analytic drive and a unique ability to build and implement scalable processes.

 

This is a fast-paced, growing role, and this person will work with the Eats operations teams along with other teams to drive significant evolution in the Uber Eats business.

What You’ll Do

    • Work closely with the Italy General Manager and Territory Leads to set the right targets for the acquisition of new restaurants, dependent on a number of key factors - from geography to cuisine type.
    • Develop, grow and manage a team of Restaurant Partnership Representatives to perform against targets.
    • Building and maintaining a positive team morale and culture - changing the way people think about food is a unique mission, and it's up to you and this team to deliver it.
    • Apply international process adherence and local process creation, applying proven methodologies.
    • Coach and develop individual contributors in line with business and personal plans.
    • Contributing to the definition of the Southern Europe & Italy partnership strategy and proposition.
    • Driving local innovation in process optimization and productivity levers.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 4 Minimum Years of Experience with Sales Management

Restaurant selection is at the core of our mission at Uber Eats - we want to make make food discovery simple, and want to connect everyone with their favorite foods reliably and at the tap of a button.

 

This team is the fundamental driver of this restaurant selection - they will be responsible for bringing the favorite restaurants of Italy to our app, to seamlessly connect them with our Eaters.
