About the Role
We're looking for an Account Strategy Manager who will focus on growing the business of our restaurant partners on Uber Eats in Sweden.
You’ll work closely with operations, sales, and marketing to support processes that scale and innovate Uber Eats restaurant partner management from the ground up. This role is a key position for the Uber Eats business in Sweden and is primarily responsible for growing the business of existing restaurant partners on our platform, as well as developing strategies and processes around partner management that will drive significant evolution of the Uber Eats business.
What you'll do
The role will typically involve the following:
Data analysis: Analyse data to find actions our partners can implement to grow their their business and improve the experience customers have on Uber Eats
Strategy development: Develop scalable strategies for our restaurant partners to grow their businesses
Execution: Implement projects and processes that help our restaurant partners scale and innovate
What you'll need
3 years of experience in consulting, business development, operations, enterprise partnerships, account management or similar
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master’s Degree a plus
Experience from a high-growth SaaS or tech company preferred, or deep understanding of SaaS products
Data-driven decision making mentality and sound commercial judgment through analytical thinking. Advanced excel modelling skills necessary
Highly autonomous & proactive; able to to move forward from issues management to push growth initiatives and projects that will add value to our partners and help them fulfill their potential on Uber Eats. You are able to take initiatives and easily adapt to constantly-changing work environment
Creativity; in order to find innovative solutions for our customers to strengthen our alliance and find new levers of growth
Passionate about technology, and excited about Uber Eats prospects for the future and a believer in the value that Uber Eats brings to our cities.
