  • Human Resources partners with the business to align people strategies with business goals. Our team is comprised of talented HR Business Partners that are work in step with business leaders to ensure that people are at the heart of the work.

  • People Data & Analytics offers data-driven approaches to help find, develop, and retain people. Our goal is to make it easy for our leaders to get to the information they need and can trust to make decisions quickly.

  • People Operations & People Partners manages processes including onboarding, contingent workforce, and the Employee Help Center. Our People Partners create a seamless people experience to employees in moments that matter, enabling them to positively impact the business.

  • Talent Development & Growth drives continued growth across Uber by giving employees the tools and experiences they need to do their best work. Our team oversees culture activation efforts, talent management, executive development, manager enablement, onboarding, end-to-end performance management, and experiential learning

  • Talent Acquisition attracts, cultivates, and hires the phenomenal talent that propels Uber's innovation and market position.

  • Workplace handles global real estate, space planning, food and beverage, and event planning in an effort to make all spaces our employees work in a welcoming and engaging environment.
