Vivian moved back home to join Uber Taiwan
Vivian Chiu, Enterprise Advertising Manager, relocated back home to Taiwan to join Uber. Here’s how she brought her experience gained overseas to make an impact in her new role and why she feels energized working at Uber Taiwan.
At Uber we’re reimagining the way the world moves for the better. We are helping people go anywhere and get anything. And we do it on a global scale, at the speed of now.
Uber Eats｜Taipei 101
Uber is a nationally salient brand where the "Tonight, I'll be eating..." tagline went viral and was even quoted by President Tsai In-Wen in her diplomatic announcement. We also took over Taiwan’s most recognizable landmark, Taipei 101, to help bring in the New Year.
Our return to the office
It’s still early days as we look to find the right long-term model for Uber, yet we want this to continue being a great place for our current and future employees, and that means adapting to different needs. Our hybrid work approach focuses on increased flexibility.
