பணியிட வலுவூட்டல்

At Uber, we want to help create a workplace that reflects the diversity of the cities we serve—where everyone can be their authentic self, and where that authenticity is celebrated.

People who work at Uber come from many different backgrounds. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are set up and run by employees themselves. These groups are working on exciting new ways to help improve our culture and ensure that Uber better serves riders, drivers, and cities.

Gender pay parity

We’re committed to equitable pay for all employees. In 2017, a thorough audit of compensation was done and adjustments were made to reflect the market and to help close the pay gap between men and women.

Scored as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality

Through community outreach, support of LGBTQ+ initiatives, and an inclusive corporate culture, Uber was named one of the Best Places to Work by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) 5 years in a row. In 2020, we were one of 11 companies to earn top scores on each of HRC’s Corporate Equality measures: the Corporate Equality Index, Equidad MX, and Equidad CL.
