Actual benefit offerings may differ depending on your region and role. Uber credits are available only in regions where Uber operates. ESPP is not available in all countries.

  • Employees target spending half of their work time in the office. This can be 3 days one week and 2 days the next week, or 5 days one week and 0 days the next week, depending on what works best for them and their team.

  • Employees have more flexibility on their preferred office location, choosing from a list of dedicated team hubs.

  • We know certain jobs can be successful without being in an office, and employees can apply to be fully remote if you think that’s best for you.

Uber's global return to office date is April 25, 2022, but specific regional return to office dates will be driven by local offices when capacity and city-wide mask mandates are lifted, whichever is later. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. While fully remote employees will travel to the office periodically for business reasons, we expect the remaining majority of employees to spend at least half their time in the office.
