About the Role

 

 

At Uber, the Business Analysts will have to help drive analysis behind decisions related to operations, process and optimisations. They will have to create, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist regional, and global operations. The role largely requires to develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products. They need to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination and ability to work with your team to make a big impact.

 

On the Risk Front 

 

1) Fraudelent behaviour from Support - Identify fraudulent patterns

2) Technical test bench to stress test every automation (Support automation) to find loop holes 

3) Risk Profiling - Risk score to everyone. How to then use this score to decide on what has to be exposed to this guy from an automation perspective

What You’ll Do

  • Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions improving the experience for our driver partners and riders
  • Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes
  • Build, maintain, and automate detailed models for city-level, regional, and global reporting
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible.
