Pour pouvoir offrir le meilleur service, nos partenaires-chauffeurs ont besoin du meilleur support! Nos centres de partenaires "Greenlight" sont concus pour former nos futurs partenaires-chauffeurs sur la plateforme Uber. Votre role sera de leur presenter le service et de les guider a travers notre processus d'inscription, mais aussi de repondre aux questions de ceux deja sur la route. Votre objectif sera d'offrir un service a la hauteur des attentes des partenaires-chauffeurs et de vous assurer que leur experience au centre Greenlight est optimale.

Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.

We're looking to grow our support team at our Greenlight locations in Montreal. Uber Experts are the face of Uber to thousands of our driver-partners, and we're looking for people with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who operate with a customer-first mentality. In this role, you'll be expected to help onboard new driver-partners, provide exceptional support to our existing driver-partners, and quickly adapt in an ever-growing business. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.

  • Offrir un service de haute qualite a nos partenaires-chauffeurs
  • Guider les nouveaux partenaires chauffeurs a travers la creation de leur profil Uber
  • Telecharger et approuver avec eux les documents requis sur la plateforme
  • Organiser la logistique de notre centre d'accueil et de support
  • Aider a faire connaitre Uber et motiver les partenaires-chauffeurs
  • Travailler etroitement avec l'equipe des operations sous la supervision d'un de nos directeurs


  • Nous sommes ouverts entre 10h et 18h en semaine et entre 10h et 16h les samedis
  • Nos centres Greenlight sont situes dans les quartiers Pointe-Sainte-Charles and Cote-Des-Neiges
  • Vos horaires de travail peuvent etre flexibles


  • Vous avez de l'experience au niveau de la vente de detail ou du service a la clientele
  • Vous etes un bon communicateur et avez un bon contact humain
  • Vous etes passionne, tres organise et patient
  • Vous avez une passion pour aider et motiver les autres
  • Vous etes capable de resoudre les problemes rapidement et efficacement
  • Si vous ne connaissez pas la reponse, vous etes proactifs pour trouver une solution
  • Vous etes tres motive et savez travailler en equipe


  • Francais et anglais imperatifs
  • Parler espagnol, arabe ou russe est un atout


We need people with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who don't shy away from in-person interactions. The Greenlight Hub is used to support and educate our Uber partners as they grow their business. You'll be expected to help onboard new driver partners, provide exceptional support, and quickly adapt in an ever-growing business. Working with Uber is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and deep dive into Uber's day-to-day-operations. This is a contract role with the potential for extension.


  • Deliver excellent in-person support for our partners
  • Walk drivers through onboarding and all the tools to be successful Uber drivers
  • Upload and approve driver documentation
  • Help brand the Uber name and get drivers excited
  • Stay on top of Uber processes and tools
  • Work with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedure


  • Our Greenlight Hubs are open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays
  • Our Greenlight Hubs are located in Pointe-Sainte-Charles and Cote-Des-Neiges
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays when required


  • You are a great communicator in both English and French
  • You have hospitality, retail, and/or customer experience
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with partners
  • You are personable, highly organized, and a patient teacher
  • You have a passion for helping and empowering others
  • You can quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems
  • If you don't know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask
  • You are self-motivated and a great team player


  • French and English mandatory
  • Spanish, arabic or russian an asset
