About the Role

As the Greenlight Hub Workforce Management Scheduler, you will generate and understand arrival patterns and forecasts in order to create and maintain efficient schedules. You'll also work to continuously improve workforce processes at the Greenlight hubs across the US & Canada, support our teams' use of specialized WFM software, and manage schedule exceptions.

The Greenlight hubs are a retail-like experience for our Uber driver partners where support is done face to face. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right number of staff in place at the right time to best support our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Support local teams in scheduling Greenlight staff to match forecasted workload
  • Analyze day-to-day performance to meet fluctuating demand
  • Maintain accurate data in workforce management software
  • Provide visibility to local and regional teams into how work is being done and how service level expectations are being met, including historical reporting
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes to increase efficiency and lower Greenlight operating costs, proactively identifying areas of opportunity

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of WFM experience including creating short term projections and scheduling models
  • Experience with WFM software (Verint, IEX, Aspect, etc.)
  • Ability to understand, analyze and report on efficiency metrics
  • Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
